Andrew and Pamela have been crafting custom jewelry together since 2000, balancing their hunger for good design with high standards of fine craftsmanship. Their business, Savas Design, specializes in custom client projects, casework series, and jewelry repairs, all while managing studio space projects, client events, and financial goals.
The Before
Before implementing Notion, Andrew and Pamela struggled with:
- Scattered information across multiple platforms making it difficult to track client projects

The Process
Through four focused coaching calls, we built their organizational foundation from the ground up. My approach centered on understanding their unique creative process first, then designing a Notion system that would enhance—not complicate—their workflow.
We created:
- Comprehensive project management system with client project cards that move through design, CAD, and production phases
- Onboarding template for consistent client project capture
- Search views with keyword filtering across different project types
- Task assignment system with clear action dates and ownership
- Timeline visualization tools to manage workflow capacity
- Integrated calendar system showing unified and individual views
Throughout our coaching sessions, we maintained open communication with continual feedback and problem-solving, including explanatory videos for complex processes.
