My agile approach
From building a Notion workspace from scratch to utilizing components you've already started, together, we can build a complex Notion workspace for you and your team to get work done.
Design Discovery
Connect with me on a 30-minute Zoom meeting to see if we’re the right fit. Once we complete this first risk-free call and agree to work together (and the contract is signed!), we’ll schedule 2 additional calls:
- Kickoff call: To assess your Notion infrastructure (or other tools) and discuss your pain points and goals for this project.
- Roadmap call: To review your completed Notion Workspace Roadmap and walk you through database options while providing suggestions to meet your team’s goals. Here, we’ll also discuss the project’s deliverables, time estimates, success measures, and overall scope.
Design
Using the roadmap and all the assets we’ve collected, I’ll build customized dashboards and components for your customized Notion workspace. My graphic design and typography background ensures your workspace will be thoughtfully designed, combining functionality with visual appeal.
Next, we’ll schedule a 30–60 minute Zoom meeting with your stakeholders to share the initial delivery. During this session, we’ll explore the Notion workspace together, answer any questions, and ensure your team feels totally at ease with the setup, ready to unleash their creativity.
Implementation
Then comes the fun part — your team gets to test out the dashboards and components. You’ll have several design rounds to play with and perfect the workspace based on your feedback, making sure everything fits your needs like a glove.
Finally, I'll implement the content and navigation, transferring everything directly into your workspace to make the transition seamless and efficient.
Training & support
To ensure your team feels confident in Notion, I’ll walk them through the completed workspace in an introductory training session. They’ll learn how to use Notion for their workflow and find important pages, and I’ll answer any immediate questions.
As your team gets more comfortable on the platform, we’ll hold a Q&A session to dive deeper into any questions and help with any sticking points. During this phase, I’ll be available to answer questions via email or Notion and provide detailed screen recordings via Loom for complex issues.
Then, your team is ready to dive into their work with clarity, efficiency, and ease.
